MRS. NANETTE

 My name is Nanette thus the Mrs. Nanette's Nuggets.   I have spent the last 27 years of my life ministering to and teaching preschool children.   I have found great joy in preparing these little guys for their school career as well as sharing the Bible and God's love with them.  The things they say and the look on their faces when they figure things out or experience something new is the best part of teaching them

I love coming up with ideas for Bible as well as theme topics, and implementing and sharing the ideas that work. I imagine I will still want to do creative things for little ones when I no longer teach.   I also like to craft, stamp, quilt and spend hours at our lake house which is my personal retreat.

My family consists of my high school sweetheart husband of 35 1/2 years, 3 grown talented daughters, 1 son in law, and 2 grandsons who are the best!.  My daughters however think that each year I replace them with new children since I consider my class each year "my kids". 



READING STORIES



Through this blog I have found an outlet to share as I go with my friend teachers and others who have asked, "can I come over and see where you get all your ideas?"  Many are just in my head and it is so hard to pull them out on command.  I look forward to learning as much as sharing through this experience.
